Gowair

My summer flight from DSA to ALC, that should have been operated by TUI, is now scheduled to be operated by Gowair. I presume the change is due to the ongoing Max problems.
Apart from the fact that Gowair are a Spanish company, with two A320s, I can find virtually no information about them.
Can anyone shed any more light on the company, or indeed, can anyone comment on flying with them?

I presume you googled them? Try also googling Gowair reviews. They are owned by the Spanish tour operator Gowaii but seem to do mainly ACMI work. Sardine can interior for what I've read, but that's nothing unusual these days. Their aircraft are ex Air China and around 20 years old.

Yes, thanks for that. I have done the normal internet searches. Seems like TUIfly have used them last summer, but not TUI UK.
It's only a short flight, so I'm not too stressed, it's just that as a long time "lurker" on these pages, it is an airline (if that's not too strong a word) that is virtually unknown.

TUI Airways did use them last summer from both Manchester and Gatwick. Seemed fine but like TUIs own fleet it wasn’t always punctual
