thank you glider12000 , moving further another question :-) to the picture attached
those two circles based on CYQX and BIKF showing you - what ? they are also marked ex. CYQX/740/120
ETOPS entry and exit points you mentioned ex.ETP-1 EET 2:05 ? what does that mean
There are also time CYQX 18:16/20:42 and BIKF 18:59/21:22 also question what are those times

Thank you for any answers I know that everything is on internet but sometimes having an quick answer for 2-3 specific questions bright your mind enough to understand the topic than reading tons of theory lectures

I haven't used PPS but have and do work for competitors.

EET - Expected Enroute Time, the duration into the flight when you expected to be at that point.

The times are indicating expected arrival times for each location depending on the scenario. I.e earliest and latest expected time of arrival.
