A320 series full backstick after V1

According to my reactive windshear procedure, it is allowed. It is a statement after SRS Orders follow though. So should I assume that it is only once airborne and tail well clear of the ground or is there some sort of tailstrike protection.

Hi
Rotate as normal. No Reac W/S warning in the high speed regime, except for pilot detection.
Approaching VR: rotate (as per MEM ITEM)
(Means: you may need to consider rotating before scheduled VR when insufficient runway remaining)
No tailstrike protection on the A320.
When airborne follow SRS bars, once flight mode of Normal Law has fully blended in and stable, the aircraft flies the SRS bar pretty much without any vertical input in Normal Ops.
However the SRS bar will command at least a 120fpm climb, regardless of the speed, all the way down to Alpha Max when needed in case of W/S. Once you enter the Alpha Prot Range, in order to follow the SRS, up to full back-stick may be required to keep the SRS bar centered. The note in the FCOM about full back-stick relates to the flying technique to fly the SRS bar inside the Alpha Prot range once airborne, nothing else.
By no means would we apply full back-stick as a blanket rule in the Reac W/S scenario.
Hope this makes sense.

In normal law there is high angle of attack protection that prevents reaching stalling AoA. At V1 the aircraft is in ground mode till five seconds after the pitch attitude becomes greater than 8°. Only after that the normal law protections come into play. Normal law doesn't contain tail strike protection. Now coming to reactive wind shear procedure, full back stick is only recommended if required to prevent descent and continue climb.
