From the tower tapes at liveatc.net and FlightRadar24, C-FUJR, a B-738, 172 pax plus 6 crew, no injuries, no visible damage.
Weather around the time of the incident:
CYHZ 051549Z 01016G27KT 1/2SM R14/5000FT/N SN OVC002 M00/M00 A2912 RMK ST8 SLP869
ILS to 14, tower winds 010/14G22, RVR's 3500, then 4500 then 4000.
Hope they remembered to pull the CVR breaker.

So according METARS there was light snow for hours with visibility’s between 1/2-1SM. They must have been around 63/64tons on landing. They where not able to get a RWY report and went in it seems.
I assume after that time it was contaminated with more than 1/8‘ inch?
Just put that in my Performance tool with TALPA base.
Calculated overrun ( F40 )
So I am curious on the outcome of that investigation.
Haven‘t been there, so I hope I miss something on my thoughts.

Aviation Herald describes it as an overrun - off the end but almost on centerline: Incident: Westjet B738 at Halifax on Jan 5th 2020, overran runway on landing
