Seneca V ELT

Can anybody tell me where I would find the ELT on a Seneca V if I was looking for it? How accessible is it under normal circumstances?

Should be mounted aft of the cabin/cargo areas, inside the tailcone. Reference I see (POH) puts it at aft W&B datum 267.2

Same reference mentions "shelf & access hole" - but not clear if that is via the aft cabin bulkhead, or a fuselage door.

If memory serves me right aft fuselage under the stabilizer has an access hatch to where the ELT is mounted.
