IAA form question

Can any one tell me what Irish aviation authority form to use To remove the “no CPL instruction “ limitation from the instructor rating ?

Give them a call and ask as its not listed on their website.

They are not good at picking up the phone ! That’s why I asked here.

Hi,
when I converted my licence to Ireland by mistake they restricted me as "No Cpl instruction", I went there (it was still possibile), they just checked my logbook and it was fine, no form completed.
