As mentioned by Senior, I have sent this off to our tech team. Waiting to hear back from them. Thankfully the information provided in the original post should be more than enough for them to begin working on a fix.

Quick update. Still waiting on our Tech team. Had a meeting with them last week on Friday and was told they are buried at the moment. Thankfully we did just hire another so hoping to hear more soon as they get up to speed.
