Gulf air operates 3 times per week out BAH LHR 02.00 monday wednesday and Saturdays and back from heathrow LHR BAH daytime same days. Compulsory quarantine and strictly enforced 2 weeks in Bahrain and of course UK now ( not as restrictive i think)
