747-8, Super or Heavy?

I tried a cursory search on Google and PPRuNe and I was either given mixed result or no results at all so, is the 747-8 under the Super or the Heavy designation. If it helps I'm in the US

My understanding is you become “Super” at 1 million pounds. The -8 max TO weight is 987,000. I’ve heard Boeing has a supplement to the Performance manual that goes above 1 million but no one has paid for it yet.
