B757 G-LSAK appears to be operating ex STN since the 14th. Was this planned? I thought the B757 fleet was based out of MAN only?

If there was an issue with bases diluting one another, you wouldn’t see these combinations; EMA vs BHX, GLA vs EDI, MAN vs LBA.
Current bases have a catchment overlap with others as above.

Have you seriously suggested that Jet2 start flights to Islamabad?

Tui achieve both rotations on the 787 because it flies slightly faster than the 737/767. Nothing to do with having crew rest.

It’s not an allocation though. They just purchase the seats on selected routes as an option for the customer to book. They still have a one aircraft base for the majority of their summer flying...
