These three flights averaged 110 punters. Based on a 180 seat aircraft that's a load factor of 61% and I would be surprised if that was anywhere near break even much...

I can't see VA spending any money on litigation for the sake of a handful of air frames for an airline that may or may not go the distance (with jets).
