How do? Service usually happens simultaneously on both aisles. If you need the toilet you’re just as blocked on a widebody as you are on a narrowbody.

I’d say that’s fairly normal. Heathrow T2 had fancy mirrors with the hand dryers underneath but very quickly most were broken and never fixed leaving just one hand dryer for 10 cubicals and urinals.

Aparently staff at Menzies have had a nice pay deal agreed. Most of the LHR staff were reported as getting a £3k bonus and pay rises between 6-7% and I heard similar across their network.

the pictures I’ve seen seem to show a path through duty free coming out in a dark area with escalators surrounded by high street shops. Great if there is natural light and views of the airport.
