Perhaps I am mistaken, but Germany is such a country which does not issue Level 6 to non-native speakers, correct?

Btw, is English level 6 really that rare to have?

No news yet, but a bunch of people have received the rejection email.
In some cases there have been 2-3 weeks in between "Under review" to the rejection email.
Rumour is that they have received...
