Not much changes , in the 90’s 2 pilots in 10 years got into mainline from the %100 owned subsidiary I worked in, we all got interviewed, to show they were being fair . At same time 9 a month taken...

90’s there was next to no chance to go from qantaslink to mainline . Took 3 in 9 years while get a job at kendals and get a mainline seniority number same day it seemed . Why take from your own...

Qantas recruiter reading this will know everyone knows their TAF3 requirements. What fuel would you carry if your arriving 5 mins after alternate requirement is lifted at planning stage ?
