it's a Govt contract and all contracts have conditions/requirements. There will be a requirement for twin, turbine pressurised, the B200/300/350 is the natural choice.

Spektrum I have to agree with you, the 'rufdus' won't be able to compete. These are Govt contracts, they couldn't care less who wins it as long as it's the cheapest!
