US time

I flew in the US for 5.5.years with a regional and ACMI carrier on the 747 and its all US part 121 time..

Are you actively in the US already on an E3 visa?

With regards to me not being in the US at present, does that matter even though I have an FAA ATP and 4000 part 121 time?

Just wondering if...

Yes I have an FAA ATP and 4000 hours part 121, multiple heavy jet type ratings including the A320 and over 7000 hours total time.

I’m considering applying but see nothing on their website about E3...

Me too, I went over with an Australian CPL and valid instrument rating BUT NOT CURRENT and I had no problems and you won’t now either.

Yes you can for part 91, 135 and 121.

The trick is to get the company to sponsor the visa. Outside of the regionals you will find it is quite difficult if not impossible unless you know somebody...
