I'd assume you would still have to have 1000hrs...

I'd assume you would still have to have 1000hrs in country Part 121 to get that DEC though..

I had noticed that some of the regionals flying RJ's are offering direct entry commands hence the question about whether 121 in Oz counts as 121 time in the US for that...
