Sikorsky S.92 on UK Register

Recently reported on 'ROTORSPOT' two Sikorsky S.92A's have been registered in the UK. G-INFO shows the registered owner is WILMINGTON TRUST SP SERVICES (DUBLIN) LTD.The aircraft are :

G-CLPJ, cn 92-0091, ex LN-ONU
G-CLRX, cn 92-0047, ex LN-OQE

Does anyone know who the owner is and what operations are they are planning ?

One is parked. The other has an early demise ahead.

Since the bottom has fallen out of the oil market and Sikorsky hasn't made an S-92 since 2016, some older S-92s are being "parted out" for spares by lessors. There is still overcapacity in the marketplace which needs to disappear to stabilise contract prices.

hasn't made an S-92 since 2016
Quite likely, although they did deliver one to Chevron in Q2 this year. When that was made, and what it said on the plate, are different questions. FAA data shows 2019.

FAA data suggests Sikorsky have registered 10 S92 in 2020, not all of which have been issued with a CofA. The first registration this year was N337FD (920337) on 13th Jan 2020, with a CofA certificate date of 7th April 2020.

There's more in 2019, 2018, etc. So I do not think the statement that none have been made is correct. Standing by to be corrected though.

Both Helikopter Service aircraft. LN-ONU is ex Bristow Norway but HS took over the lease (still in partial BHL colours).

Maybe, but there's also gaps of serial numbers in the frames that have been registered with the FAA e.g. 920321 to 920330. My guess is these are the VH-92s and they won't ever be registered with the FAA.
