I don't think these RAF chappies have played lawn darts before, I must admit, I was a tad curious when they said they would try to bring their own...

They said we didn't have enough points to qualify for a staff car, but sent this along as compensation.

They are dumping them all over the place, this is the fifth one I have seen today, one outside the Sgt's and the Airmens messes, one at the Gate, one outside SHQ and one here, it's apparently part of their lordships plan to fool the MOD into believing that the training establishments have more aircraft on their books than we actually have.

Some great answers and well spotted all those who did time in Singapore. The photo is dated 23rd September 1969 and it is 390MU, Seletar removing PK 683 from Changi Officers Mess. Here it is at Seletar, waiting to be packed up for shipment back to the UK. I will be naming names tomorrow (Wednesday).

It is just a shame someone decided to put it into the God awful high gloss finish it wears today. I suppose it makes it easier to keep it fresh and it's only a coat of paint.

I can't see the problem, push me back, if the Navy can get airborne off a ramp, then so can I.
